1. What we collect

When you apply for coaching, we collect the information you provide:

• Contact details: name, email, phone, social handles
• Application answers: your goals, training history, lifestyle, and health information you choose to share (such as injuries, dietary limitations, or blood-work status). This can include sensitive health information; share only what you're comfortable with.
• Account data: email and sign-in credentials if you create an account

2. How we use it

We use your information to evaluate coaching fit, contact you about your application, schedule calls, and build and deliver your coaching program. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it except with the service providers below.

3. Where it lives

• Supabase: secure database and account authentication (application answers, accounts)
• Motion: call scheduling (name, email, meeting details you enter when booking)
• Vercel: website hosting
• Google Fonts: typography delivery (your browser requests fonts from Google)

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.

4. Retention & your choices

We keep application and client data as long as needed to provide services or as required by law. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing getprimebuilt@gmail.com.

5. Confidentiality

Communication and files exchanged between PrimeBuilt Fitness and clients are treated as privileged and confidential, intended only for the individuals to whom they are addressed.
