Frequently
Asked

Straight answers to the questions people ask before committing to coaching with PrimeBuilt.

What coaching options do you offer?

Three ways to work together: online coaching (fully remote, wherever you live), in-person coaching (Bay Area residents only), and hybrid coaching that mixes both. Every option is 1-on-1 with Jermaine. No cookie-cutter templates.

How does the process start?

Three steps on the application page: answer four quick questions, book a free 20-minute intake call, then complete your full intake before we talk. The intake covers your training history, health, lifestyle, and goals. It's how your plan gets built around your actual life, so be honest and specific.

Who is this for? Do I need to be advanced?

No. Clients range from busy professionals getting back in shape to competitors prepping for a stage. What matters isn't your starting point, it's that you'll show up and do the work consistently. The intake call is exactly for figuring out whether we're a fit.

Do I need to compete to work with you?

Not at all. Most clients train to look, feel, and move better, not for a stage. If you do want to compete, Jermaine is an IFBB Pro and can take you through a full prep.

What's included in coaching?

Individualized training programming, dialed nutrition, regular check-ins, and direct access to Jermaine. Exact deliverables depend on your program and get confirmed on your intake call before any commitment.

How does billing work?

Coaching runs month-to-month. No long contracts. If you want to stop, tell Jermaine and service ends at the close of the current 30-day period. Note that no refunds are issued on cancellation (see Terms).

What if life gets in the way? Can I pause?

Yes. You can place your program on hold for up to 60 days for health issues, family emergencies, and the like. After 60 days the hold expires and re-joining is subject to current market rates.

What does the nutrition side look like?

Structured, real-food nutrition built around your schedule and preferences, typically 4–5 meals a day. The intake asks about your food dislikes, allergies, and lifestyle precisely so the plan is one you can actually follow.

Is this medical advice?

No. Jermaine is not a medical doctor or registered dietitian, and coaching is not a substitute for medical care. Always consult your physician before starting a new training or nutrition program. Full details are in the Disclaimer.

Why do I need an account?

Your account keeps your intake in one place and becomes your login for the client portal. Sign in with a magic link (no password needed) or a password. Your choice.
